Query NEXT Directly from Slack

We're thrilled to share the latest enhancements we've rolled out to make your experience with NEXT even better. Here's what's new this week!

You can now interact with NEXT right from your Slack workspace! Simply mention the NEXT bot using @NEXT followed by your question—for example, @NEXT What do users think about our dark theme?. This creates a thread in NEXT, and the results will be automatically sent back to your Slack channel.

To get started, have one of your team members set up the Slack integration in NEXT. The bot will fetch results from your default teamspace.

Recording Search Now Supports OR for Labels 🎉

Searching through recordings just got more flexible. By default, labels in recording searches are connected with AND, helping you find recordings that have multiple specific labels like "Sales Call" and "Closed". But what if you're looking for recordings labeled "English" or "German"? With the new label_or field, you can now connect labels using OR. Just type it into the search box, and NEXT will retrieve all recordings that match any of those labels.

Configure Subscription Import Start Dates 🎉

We've made it easier to import historical data. Previously, subscriptions would start importing from the current date, and bringing in past data required assistance from our support team. Now, you can choose the exact date from which you'd like your data imports to begin.

Small UX Improvements

• Easier Filter & Prompt Changes in Dashboards: Just click on the filter section to modify it on the fly.
• More Space for Dashboard Filters During Editing: We've expanded the space to make it easier to work with longer filters.
