Quick start
Connect Miro once in Settings → Integrations → Miro → Connect. Then, from any Thread, Highlight, or Cluster, click Share → Send to Miro → choose your Miro board → Send. NEXT AI creates sticky note(s) on the selected board with your insight text and a link back to the video evidence in NEXT AI, so teams can workshop customer signals visually.
Why integrate with Miro?
NEXT AI turns customer conversations into insights with evidence. Sending them to a Miro board lets your team brainstorm, map themes, and align decisions using sticky notes and Miro’s visual tools (e.g., clustering/grouping on the canvas). It’s a fast way to take research out of a document and into a collaborative workshop.
What NEXT AI creates: Sticky note(s) on the Miro board you select.
What’s included: The insight text (from a Thread, Highlight, or the items in a Cluster) plus a link to the source evidence in NEXT AI.
Where it lands: On the target board you pick during “Send to Miro”; arrange and group as needed.
Why sticky notes: Stickies are Miro’s native way to capture quick items for workshops and affinity mapping.

Tips
Create a “Customer insights” area or frame on your board to keep research inputs together, then use Miro’s clustering tools to group by theme or sentiment.
Use color coding (e.g., red = bug, blue = request, green = delight) to speed triage during workshops.
Troubleshooting
I don’t see Miro in Share. Connect it first in Settings → Integrations → Miro.
I can’t place notes on the chosen board. Check board access—you need edit permission to add items to a Miro board. Ask the board owner/co-owner to grant Can edit access. Miro Help Center
We’re posting many notes at once and hit errors. Heavy automation may trigger Miro API rate limits—retry with backoff or batch over time. developers.miro.com
Teammates can’t open the NEXT AI link from Miro. The link respects NEXT AI permissions. Invite teammates to the relevant workspace/item in NEXT AI to view the evidence.
