Quick start
From the Teamspace where you want data to land, open Settings → Integrations → Uberall → Connect, paste your Uberall private key, then create a subscription to auto-import new Uberall reviews as Highlights in this Teamspace. Each Highlight includes the review text, star rating, source platform, location, and a source link.
Why integrate with Uberall?
Each source adds a new dimension of customer truth. Uberall centralizes reviews from major maps/search and social networks (e.g., Google, Apple Maps, Facebook, Yelp), giving NEXT AI a steady feed of real-world, in-location sentiment that complements sales calls, meetings, support tickets, and surveys. Together, these streams build a richer customer-intelligence graph—so teams prioritize the right fixes and features with evidence attached.
What gets imported
Object in NEXT AI: Highlight in the Teamspace where you configure the subscription.
Included fields: review text, rating, platform/source (e.g., Google), location/store, timestamp, and a source link; commonly returned via Uberall’s reputation (“datapoints”) endpoints.
NEXT AI touch: Uberall ratings are also shown as emoji rating tags on each Highlight for quick visual triage (e.g., ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️).
Connect Uberall
Get your Uberall private key: In Uberall, admins can find API keys under Org settings → API Keys. Copy the privateKey (server-to-server).
Connect in NEXT AI: In the Teamspace where reviews should land, go to Settings → Integrations → Uberall → Connect, paste the entire private key, then Save. (NEXT AI will use the Uberall API for ongoing review collection.)
Notes: Uberall uses privateKey/publicKey pairs; the privateKey is for server-to-server access and should be kept secret.
Auto-import highlights
Create a subscription that watches for new Uberall datapoints (Uberall’s term for reviews/comments) and imports each new review as a Highlight in this Teamspace, with rating, platform, location, and a source link preserved for auditability.
Tips
Focus by location or brand: If you manage many locations in Uberall, scope your subscription to the most relevant locations first.
Use the source link: Keep the platform link in your Highlight so CX/Product can validate context, reply from the original platform, or loop back to local teams.
Route by sentiment: Use the emoji rating tags and platform labels in NEXT AI to route low-rating reviews to issue triage and high-rating reviews to advocacy.
Troubleshooting
401/403 on connect: Verify you pasted the correct privateKey and that it’s active for the right Uberall org/environment (Sandbox vs Production keys differ).
No reviews appearing: Confirm the subscription is active and that the selected locations actually receive new reviews; ensure your Uberall account has permissions to read those datapoints.
Throughput/limits: Uberall documents API rate limits; for large fleets or busy periods, stagger imports and apply backoff.
