Quick start

From the Teamspace where you want data to land, open Settings → Integrations → Khoros → Connect, then create a subscription to auto-import new community posts as Recordings in this Teamspace.

Why integrate with Khoros?

Each source adds a new dimension of customer truth. Khoros Communities contributes peer-to-peer discussions, questions, and accepted answers—signals that complement sales calls, meetings, support tickets, and reviews already in NEXT AI. Bringing these into one place builds a richer customer-intelligence graph for prioritization and workflow automation, with the source link preserved for evidence.

What gets imported

  • Object in NEXT AI: imported as Highlights in the Teamspace where you configure the subscription.

  • Delivery: NEXT AI ingests new messages via your subscription.

Connect Khoros

Step 1 — Find your community host name

Use the exact base URL your users visit (vanity URL if configured), for example https://community.example.com.

Step 2 — Connect in NEXT AI (from the target Teamspace)

Go to Settings → Integrations → Khoros → Connect, then enter:

  • Host name (your community base URL)

Auto-import community posts

Create a subscription that watches for new community posts and imports each as a Highlights in this Teamspace.

Tips

  • Keep the source link: every Recording includes the community permalink so teams can validate context or reply in-thread.
