Common errors when trying to reset your password:

  • If you are a NEXT (nextapp.co) user, please disregard this message.

#1: "User password cannot be reset in the current state"

NEXT sent you a temporary password when you got invited to the platform. To keep your account safe, this temporary password expires within one week. If you didn't claim your account within the first week, you won't be any longer able to log into NEXT or reset your password.

Please request a new temporary password via NEXT Support.

#2: "UserMigration failed with error Bad credentials"

This error message indicates that the email address is unknown in the system.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Check the email address used in the last NEXT email that you received

  2. Contact your Administrator or NEXT support to validate your email address on record (maybe somebody changed it since you received the last email from NEXT) and if your account wasn't disabled
