- Teamspace owner: you are responsible for getting data into NEXT, shaping the teamspace, and making it usable for others.

I am an end user
Start with Start using NEXT as a team member.
Use this path if your company already has a configured tenant or teamspace and you mainly want to:
- ask questions in Chat
- inspect supporting evidence in recordings, highlights, or clusters
- review dashboards
- share findings with others
I am a teamspace owner
Start with Set up NEXT for your team.
Use this path if you need to:
- create or shape the teamspace your team will work in
- connect data sources or import files
- configure AI preparation, prompts, and automations
- invite users after the setup is ready
If You Only Read One Thing
- End users usually do not need to configure integrations or settings first. If your teamspace already has data, go straight to Chat.
- Teamspace owners should focus on getting a usable first dataset into one teamspace before optimizing tags, prompts, or automations.
- Company-wide controls such as SSO, signup rules, AI defaults, and billing live under Company Settings, not inside the day-to-day usage docs.
