Start Using NEXT as a Team Member

Use this guide if your company already has NEXT set up and you mainly need to start using it, not configure it.

For most end users, the fastest path is:

  1. join the right teamspace
  2. start in Chat
  3. open the supporting evidence when you want to verify or refine the result
  4. share what you found

Before You Start​

  • You should already have access to a configured tenant or an invitation to the right teamspace.
  • Your teamspace should already contain data, or someone on your team should be setting that up.
  • If you are the person configuring data sources, go to Set up NEXT for your team instead.

Your First 15 Minutes​

1. Open Chat first​

Start in Chat when you want an answer, a summary, or a first draft.

Go to Dashboards when you want to monitor patterns or compare trends before asking follow-up questions.

3. Open the libraries when you need evidence​

If you want to inspect the source material behind an answer, move into the libraries:

  • Recordings for transcripts and raw conversation review
  • Highlights for evidence-level review and tagging
  • Clusters for grouped evidence around a theme or topic

4. Share findings back into your workflow​

When you are ready to distribute insight, use Share Data Out to send work into Slack, Teams, Jira, GitHub, Linear, Miro, Productboard, and similar tools.
