Use NEXT to explore your research, customer feedback, and AI outputs in the product workflows your team uses every day.

If you are getting started with NEXT, the simplest path is to begin with chat, move into the libraries where you review evidence and patterns, then use Workflows, sharing, and export tools when you are ready to automate or distribute insights.

Start Here​

  1. Start in Chat when you want NEXT to answer a question, group themes, or explore a focused slice of feedback.
  2. Move into Records, Highlights, Clusters, and Dashboards when you want to review source material, inspect patterns, and work from structured evidence.
  3. Use Share Data Out when you want to send findings from NEXT into the tools your team already uses.
