Settings

Settings is where you set up how NEXT works for you, your teamspace, and your company.

If you are setting up NEXT for the first time, the simplest path is to start with your own account, configure the teamspace your team works in, then move into company-wide controls.

Start Here​

  1. Set up your own account in Personal Settings so your profile and notifications are ready.
  2. Configure your shared workspace in Teamspace Settings, where you connect data, prepare recordings with AI, and define team-wide structure.
  3. Review Company Settings if you manage users, access, AI defaults, or billing across the organization.
