Teamspace Settings

Teamspace Settings is where you shape the shared setup your team uses to bring data into NEXT and prepare it with AI.

The pages in this section work best as a sequence: define the structure of the teamspace, connect the data you want to analyze, prepare that data with AI, then layer on shared prompts.

A Typical Teamspace Setup​

  1. Start in General to define the teamspace itself, including tags, accounts, and security rules.
  2. Move to Connect data to import records or external memories into NEXT.
  3. Continue into Prepare with AI to transcribe records, extract memories, and organize them into structure your team can use.
  4. Use Chat with AI once your data is prepared and you want reusable prompts, skills, or a place to test workflows.
