This guide provides an overview of the organizational structure in NEXT, focusing on workspace, teamspaces, and user roles. It's designed to help you navigate NEXT, enabling efficient product discovery.

How work is organized in NEXT

  1. Workspace: Your company's specific NEXT environment, pivotal for all teams to perform product discovery. It's linked to your company's email domain, ensuring a secure and exclusive area.

  2. Teamspace: Tailored spaces within NEXT for team collaboration on product discovery. Create a teamspace for each product team or project, customizing it for different discovery needs. Teamspaces control data access; members can view all data, while others in your company need explicit inclusion.

  3. Components of a Teamspace:

    • Library: Essential for each teamspace, it includes:

      • Recordings: Store customer interactions like interviews, tests, and support tickets.

      • Highlights: Key insights from interactions, identified by AI or manually.

      • Clusters: For validating overarching ideas, combining highlights related to strategic initiatives. NEXT AI enriches clusters with relevant insights automatically.

    • Ask AI: An AI chat tool for quick access to customer insights, aiding in daily product decisions. It supports generative tasks (like creating documents and reports) and analytical queries (for insights on specific topics, backed by library data).

User Organization in NEXT

  1. Workspace: The broad NEXT framework for your company, connecting all users under a shared email domain.

  2. Teamspaces: Represent your company's diverse teams, providing access to necessary data for product discovery within the company's workspace.

  3. User Categories:

    • Full User: Access to all NEXT features.

    • Guest User: Limited access.

    • Admin: Administrative privileges in NEXT.

Users can join multiple teamspaces, promoting cross-project collaboration and flexibility in product discovery.
