Company Settings

Company Settings controls the rules and defaults that apply across the organization, not just inside one teamspace.

If you administer NEXT for a larger team, this is where you manage who can get in, what defaults new teamspaces inherit, and how usage is governed.

Start Here​

  1. Use Company Profile to define the company-level defaults behind your teamspaces.
  2. Use Users to manage roles, access, and user lifecycle tasks.
  3. Use Access when authentication or signup rules need company-wide control.
  4. Use AI Settings to choose the default AI and transcription engines for the organization.
  5. Use Billing & Usage to monitor consumption and set alerts.
