Export Users
Use Users to export the current user list from your company workspace in NEXT.
Exporting users helps you review access outside NEXT, share the list with stakeholders, or keep a record of current tenant membership.
Before You Start
- You must have permission to manage company users.
- Exported user data may include roles and account details, so handle the file carefully.
Steps
- Open Settings > Tenant > Users.
- Start the user export.
