Clusters are typically used to organize and nurture big-ticket items, such as insights, top findings, assumptions, hypotheses, and UX or Product deliverables. They're designed to be enriched with evidence (i.e. highlights).

Once you have created lots of clusters, easily organizing them and finding them back is key. NEXT offers tons of powerful organization and search features for Clusters. In this article we'll give you a quick overview of how to search and filter Clusters:

Searching & Filtering Clusters

  • Navigate to Library > Clusters

  • Find the search box underneath the header reading "Library"

  • Click the search box to open your search options

  • Start typing

  • Choose an option from the list (e.g. pick a label, timeframe, or creator) or simply hit enter to perform a text-based search
