Change Email

Use My Account to update the email address tied to your personal NEXT account.

Your email address affects where account-related messages and confirmation requests are sent.

Before You Start

  • Sign in to your NEXT account.
  • Make sure you can access the new email inbox in case confirmation is required.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Personal > My Account.
  2. In the email section, select Change email.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Send the change request and complete any confirmation step NEXT shows.
