Configure Profile

Use My Account to keep your display name, full name, and profile photo current.

Your profile helps teammates recognize you across NEXT, especially in shared workspaces and notifications.

Before You Start​

  • Sign in to your NEXT account.
  • Prepare a profile photo if you want to replace your current image.

Steps​

  1. Open Settings > Personal > My Account.
  2. Update your display name and full name.
  3. Select Change photo to upload a new image.
  4. If needed, select Remove photo to clear the current profile image.

When Should I Use This?​

  • When your preferred name has changed.
  • When you want a clearer profile photo for teammates.
  • When you need to remove an outdated or incorrect photo.

  • Use a display name your teammates will recognize quickly.
  • A recent headshot makes comments, mentions, and notifications easier to scan.
