If you are getting started with NEXT, the simplest path is to begin with chat, move into the libraries where you review evidence and patterns, then use sharing and export workflows when you are ready to distribute insights.

Start Here​

  1. Start in Chat when you want NEXT to answer a question, group themes, or explore a focused slice of feedback.
  2. Move into Recordings, Highlights, Clusters, and Dashboards when you want to review source material, inspect patterns, and work from structured evidence.
  3. Use Share Data Out when you want to send findings from NEXT into the tools your team already uses.
