Connect your Zoom account
To connect your Zoom account:
Click your profile photo in the left side navigation (on smaller screen: you might have to click the hamburger icon in the upper, left)
Click Edit profile
Within the Integrations section click Connect Zoom
Log into Zoom with your Zoom account details
Click Authorize
When you connect Zoom to NEXT, you will grant NEXT access to your individual user meeting recordings and your Zoom user details. We use this information to display and import your cloud recordings to NEXT, and to link your Zoom user account with NEXT.
If you're having trouble connecting the right Zoom account, please log out of Zoom in your web browser first and then follow the steps above.
Import recording into NEXT
Once you have connected your Zoom account, you import recordings into NEXT where it can be stored and played back by your team.
Once connected to Zoom, to import your cloud recording:
Open the Recordings Library of the teamspace to which you want to add the recording
Click the [Import] button in the upper, right and click the Zoom button
Choose the cloud recording.
Automatically import new Zoom recordings into NEXT
NEXT can automatically import new Zoom recordings into one of your NEXT teamspaces:
Click your profile photo in the left side navigation
Click Edit profile
Within the Integrations section click Zoom
Select checkbox Auto-import cloud recordings
Select the teamspace into which you want to import the recordings
Close the dialog
Disconnecting your Zoom account
If you wish to disconnect Zoom account from NEXT:
Click your profile photo in the top right of the screen.
Click Edit profile
Within the Integrations section click Disconnect
When you disconnect NEXT, we will no longer have access to your cloud recordings or your Zoom user information. Any recordings that you have imported into NEXT before disconnecting will not be deleted and will remain in NEXT.
Troubleshooting your Zoom account
If you are using one Zoom account with other people in your organization, please ensure the account is connected to one NEXT account only. If a user person connects to a Zoom account that is currently connected to another user, this will cause issues in the integration and break previous connections on NEXT.
To reset the connection, you will need to disconnect your Zoom account from NEXT. Once disconnected, please log back into your NEXT account to reconnect your Zoom account.
