NEXT can automatically analyze your customer interactions, such as user interviews, usability tests, sales calls, customer success calls, support tickets, survey responses, and much more!
The way it works is simple. All you need to do is add a recording to your library (video, audio or text files), NEXT transcribes them into text, after which the AI will automatically identify and highlight key moments. For example, when you upload a user interview to NEXT, our AI will find key insights such as positive feedback, negative feedback, pain points, bugs or user needs.
How to AI-analyze a recording
To get started, simply follow these steps:
Create or open a Teamspace
Navigate to the Library > Recordings
Click Add recording to upload or import a supported file
Once the upload has finished, NEXT automatically transcribes and analyzes it (this can take a few minutes)
Improve the highlights AI generates
By default, NEXT AI will use a generic prompt to analyze your recordings. It essentially acts as a user researcher, going through your transcript and identifies key insights. You can help the AI by feeding it specific context about the topic you're working on, your organization, or anything else that may be relevant. To do so, follow these steps:
Open a teamspace
Navigate to the top menu and click the three dots [...] behind the teamspace name
Click AI custom instructions
Add your custom instructions
