Clusters are design to let you (automatically) nurture them with evidence in the form of highlights. This is great is you're building evidence for new insights, topics, assumptions, or other deliverables. Highlights can be added into Clusters automated via AI or manually.

Here's a quick overview of how to add evidence:

Add AI-suggested highlights

Based on the title and description of the Cluster, NEXT AI will automatically search for supporting highlights in the background and surface these as suggestions inside the cluster. You can easily add or reject the suggestions. Here's how:

  • Make sure you're in a teamspace with highlights!

  • Navigate to Library > Clusters

  • Open a Cluster that has a title and description

  • If AI was able to find supporting highlights, you'll see then on the left side under "AI suggestions

  • Hover over a highlight you want to add to the cluster or reject

    • To add a highlight to the cluster, click the green βœ…

    • To reject a highlight, click the red ❌

Tip #1: you can hover over the highlight to read the title and highlighted text.

Tip #2: hover over a suggested highlight, click "Play" to watch the video.

Add highlights to clusters manually

You can manually push highlights into existing clusters, either from the highlights library or from inside a recording.

Add single highlights into a cluster from a recording

  • Find a highlight you'd like to add in the left panel underneath the audio/video player

  • Hover over the highlight and click the "Share" icon (arrow)

  • Click "Add to cluster"

  • Type the name of the cluster in the drop down

  • Click the cluster to which you want to add the highlight

Add one ore more selected highlights into a cluster from the library
