Teamspace Settings is where you shape the shared setup your team uses to bring data into NEXT, prepare it with AI, and turn it into repeatable workflows.

The pages in this section work best as a sequence: define the structure of the teamspace, connect the data you want to analyze, prepare that data with AI, then layer on shared prompts and automations.

A Typical Teamspace Setup

  1. Start in General to define the teamspace itself, including tags, accounts, and security rules.
  2. Move to Connect data to import recordings or external highlights into NEXT.
  3. Continue into Prepare with AI to transcribe recordings, extract highlights, and organize them into structure your team can use.
  4. Use Chat with AI once your data is prepared and you want reusable prompts, skills, or a place to test workflows.
  5. Finish with Automate when a setup should run on a schedule instead of by hand.
