Connect Data Source

Use Connect data to link NEXT with a source system like Gong so your team can bring customer calls into the teamspace.

Connecting a data source is the first step before you add import configurations or start syncing recordings automatically.

Before You Start​

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
  • You need valid credentials for the provider you want to connect.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > Connect data.
  2. Choose the provider you want to connect.
  3. Enter the connection details for that provider.
  4. Confirm the connection.

When Should I Use This?​

  • When your team starts using a new external source like Gong.
  • When you want NEXT to import recordings or conversations from another platform.
