Configure Single Sign-On

Use Access to connect your SAML identity provider for company sign-in in NEXT.

Single sign-on lets your users authenticate through your existing identity provider so access can follow your company security process.

Before You Start

  • You must have permission to edit company access settings.
  • You need the metadata URL from your SAML identity provider.

Steps

  1. Open Settings > Tenant > Access.
  2. Review the SAML values NEXT provides for your identity provider setup.
  3. Paste your identity provider's federation metadata URL.
  4. Click outside the field to save it.

When Should I Use This?

  • When your company wants centralized authentication.
  • When you are setting up or updating SAML SSO.

Tips

  • Copy the SAML values carefully into your identity provider before saving the metadata URL.
  • Recheck the metadata URL if your identity provider rotates or regenerates it.
