Configure Transcribe Engine

Use AI Settings to choose which transcription engine your company uses in NEXT.

The transcribe engine converts audio and video into text before analysis begins, so this setting affects the text foundation used by downstream AI features.

Before You Start​

  • You must have permission to edit company settings.
  • Available transcription engines may depend on your tenant setup or data residency requirements.
