Create Usage Alert
Use Billing & Usage to create an alert that warns your team when feature usage reaches a threshold in NEXT.
Usage alerts help your company react before a limit is reached by notifying the people who monitor consumption.
Before You Start
- You must have permission to edit company billing settings.
- You should know which feature and threshold matter most to your team.
Available Alert Types

Steps
- Open Settings > Tenant > Billing & Usage.
- In Alerts, add a new usage alert.
- Choose the feature you want to monitor.
- Set the usage threshold and alert recipients.
- Save the alert.
