Import Subscription

Use Connect data to trigger an import for an existing subscription when you want data to sync into NEXT right away.

This is useful when you want to test a subscription with sample data before running a larger import.

Before You Start​

  • The provider must already be connected.
  • The subscription must already exist.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > Connect data.
  2. Open the provider page.
  3. Find the subscription you want to import.
  4. Choose an import option such as a sample import or a full import.

When Should I Use This?​

  • When you want to test a subscription before importing everything.
  • When you want to trigger a manual import immediately.

  • Start with a sample import when you want to confirm the subscription is configured correctly.
  • Run a larger import only after the sample data looks right.
