Deactivate a User
Use Users to turn off access for someone who should no longer be active in your company account in NEXT.
Deactivating a user is useful when someone leaves the organization or should temporarily lose access without deleting their record.
Before You Start
- You must have permission to manage company users.
- Deactivation removes the user's active access to the tenant.
Steps
- Open Settings > Tenant > Users.
- Find the user you want to deactivate.
- Turn off the user's active status.
When Should I Use This?
- When an employee leaves the company.
- When access should be suspended during a role or policy review.
