Switch Teamspace
Use the teamspace switcher when you need to move between different teamspaces in NEXT.
Switching teamspaces helps you stay in the right place for the recordings, highlights, clusters, and chats you want to work with next.
Before You Start​
- Make sure you already have access to more than one teamspace.
Steps​
- Open the current teamspace menu in the left navigation.
- Click Switch teamspace.
- In the teamspace list, select the workspace you want to open.
- Wait for NEXT to open that teamspace as your current workspace.
When Should I Use This?​
- When you work across multiple product areas, business units, or research streams.
- When you need to compare evidence stored in different teamspaces.
- When you want to move from your current teamspace into another teamspace quickly.
Tips​
- Use clear teamspace names so people can tell at a glance which one to open.
- Switch teamspaces before starting a new chat if you want the answer grounded in a different set of customer evidence.
- Review the current teamspace name in the menu after switching so you know you are working in the right place.
