Edit the Transcript
Change the speaker in the transcript
If the wrong speaker was assigned to a section, you can adjust this as following:
Open a Recording
In the transcript, click the speaker name
Pick from the list another speaker
Split speaker section
If a speaker section had multiple speaker, you can split the section:
Open a Recording
Click the “Edit Transcript” icon to open edit mode
Click on the first word of the new section
Click [Split speaker] in the dialog
Merge speaker sections
If subsequent speaker sections belong all to the same speaker, you can merge them:
Open a Recording
Click the “Edit Transcript” icon to open edit mode
Click the speaker name
As soon as two subsequent speaker sections have the same speaker, you will see the [Merge speakers] button
Click [Merge speakers]
Change words in the transcript
If a specific word was wrongly transcribed, you can adjust it with the following steps:
Open a Recording
Click the “Edit Transcript” icon to open edit mode
Click on the word that you want to change
Changing the Transcript Language
Open a Recording
Click the […] in the right-upper corner above the transcript
Click “Change transcript language” and choose the desired language
Play & Control Your Recording
Click “Play” on a recording.
Use the control bar to pause, skip, or rewind.
ℹ️ You can also play the recording and click on any word in the transcript to make the video jump to that point.
