Connect Zoho Desk in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Zoho Desk tickets into NEXT as Highlights.

Zoho Desk holds a large share of the support reality for teams that use the Zoho stack. Bringing those tickets into NEXT helps support demand participate in product-learning and prioritization workflows instead of staying isolated inside the helpdesk.

OAuth 2.0 through the Zoho connection in NEXT.

Connection notes​

  • Connect Zoho Desk in Settings -> Integrations and authorize the correct Zoho region and account.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive imported Zoho tickets.

Configuration notes​

  • Imports are incremental, so only new or changed tickets are fetched after each successful sync.
  • Use subscription settings to focus the import on the Teamspace that needs those tickets.

Limitations​

  • The configured Zoho region must match the account that owns the ticket data.
  • Only the mapped ticket fields are imported into NEXT.

Troubleshooting​

  • If authentication fails, double-check the configured Zoho region and reconnect the integration.
  • If expected tickets are missing, confirm the subscription start point and any applied scope settings.
