Quick start​

Connect Front in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Front conversations and tickets into NEXT as Highlights.

Why integrate with Front?​

Front is often where shared inbox work actually gets triaged, discussed, and resolved. Importing Front conversations into NEXT helps teams turn inbox traffic into analyzable product and support insight instead of leaving it buried in operations tooling.

What gets imported​

  • Object in NEXT: Highlights
  • Source objects: Front conversations and tickets
  • Included fields: Conversation subject, body text, participants, tags, status, and source identifiers when available.

Authentication​

Front API credentials configured in the integration.

Connection notes​

  • Provide the Front API token or credentials in Settings -> Integrations.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive imported Front items.

Configuration notes​

  • Use subscription settings to keep the import focused on the inboxes or items your Teamspace needs.
  • Imports are incremental and only process new or changed items after the previous successful sync.

Limitations​

  • The imported structure depends on the data Front exposes for each conversation.
  • Only items visible to the configured Front credentials can be imported.

Troubleshooting​

  • Regenerate the Front token if NEXT starts receiving authorization errors.
  • If the wrong items appear, review the configured subscription scope first.
