Add Subscription

Use Connect data to add a subscription for a connected provider.

Subscriptions define which data NEXT should import, for example a specific folder or a filtered set of calls.

Before You Start​

  • The provider must already be connected.
  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > Connect data.
  2. Open the provider page.
  3. Click Add in the subscriptions section.
  4. Enter the subscription details you want NEXT to use.
  5. Save the subscription.

When Should I Use This?​

  • When you want to import only a subset of data from a provider.
  • When different teams need separate subscriptions.

Tips​

  • Use a clear subscription name so teammates can understand what it imports.
  • Add filters when you only want specific calls, folders, or segments.
