Assign Tags To Memories

Use memory tags when you want to organize several insights at once around themes such as user pain, feedback, product area, or research topic.

Bulk tagging helps your team keep the memories library easier to search, filter, and review later without editing each memory one by one.

Before You Start

  • Make sure the memories you want to organize already exist in the Memories library.
  • Make sure the tags you want to apply are already available in your teamspace.

Steps

  1. In Memories Library, select the memories you want to update.
  2. In the selection panel, click Add tags.
  3. Choose the tags you want to apply from the suggestions list.

When Should I Use Memory Tags?

  • When several memories belong to the same theme or initiative.
  • When you want to make filtering and search easier for your team later.
  • When you need to classify many insights at once instead of editing each memory individually.

Tips

  • Reuse shared tag naming patterns so filters stay predictable across the teamspace.
  • Add tags soon after reviewing memories so your library stays organized over time.
  • Start with a small set of broadly understood tags before adding more specific ones.

Example

This example selects two memories and adds two existing tags from the bulk tag picker.
