Review a memory's evidence when you want to understand the original customer context behind an insight.

The evidence section connects the memory to its source material, such as a video clip and transcript excerpt, so you can verify what the customer said.

Before You Start​

  • Open a video memory in the Memories dialog.

  1. Find the Evidence section in the memory dialog.
  2. Click the evidence card to open the video clip and transcript excerpt.

When Should I Review Memory Evidence?​
