Bulk Edit Memories

Use bulk edit when you need to update the same metadata on several memories at once, such as the linked account or source.

Bulk editing helps your team keep memories consistent without opening and changing each item individually.

Before You Start

  • Make sure the memories you want to update already exist in the Memories library.
  • Make sure the account you want to link is already available in your teamspace.

Steps

  1. In Memories Library, select the memories you want to update.
  2. In the selection panel, click Edit fields.
  3. Choose the account you want to assign.
  4. Enter the source you want to save on the selected memories.
  5. Click Save.

When Should I Use Bulk Edit For Memories?

  • When several memories should point to the same account.
  • When imported or generated memories need the same source label.
  • When you want to correct metadata in one action instead of repeating the same edit.

Tips

  • Use a consistent source naming pattern so filters and exports stay clear.
  • Bulk edit right after import or review if you know the memories share the same context.
  • Update only the fields that should be standardized across the selected memories.

Example

This example selects two memories, assigns an account, adds a source, and saves both changes in one bulk edit flow.

FAQ

Q: Can I update more than one field at the same time?

Yes. You can update the supported fields in the same bulk edit action before saving.

Q: Why use bulk edit instead of editing memories one by one?

Bulk edit is faster and helps keep metadata consistent across related memories.
