Use a Teamspace as the shared workspace where your team collects feedback, explores evidence, and works together on the same customer knowledge.

A teamspace brings together the core things your team works with in NEXT, such as recordings, highlights, clusters, views, and chat-based analysis. It gives everyone a common place to review customer input, investigate patterns, and build on the same context.
