Connect Google Play in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Google Play reviews into NEXT as Highlights.

Why integrate with Google Play reviews?​

Google Play reviews are often one of the clearest windows into how Android users experience your product in the wild. They combine scale, immediacy, and public visibility, which makes them a valuable source for spotting mobile friction quickly.

What gets imported​

Authentication​

Google Play API credentials configured for the integration.

Connection notes​

  • Configure the Google Play integration with the credentials that can access the target app reviews.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive imported Google Play reviews.

Configuration notes​

  • Imports are incremental and only fetch new or updated reviews after the last successful sync.
  • Use Teamspace routing so app-store reviews land in the workspace that owns the app experience.

Limitations​

  • Only reviews available to the configured Google Play credentials can be imported.
  • Imported fields depend on the review data returned by Google Play.

Troubleshooting​

  • If reviews stop syncing, check that the service credentials still have review access for the app.
  • If review counts look wrong, confirm the integration is configured against the correct application.
