Import Zoom calls
Quick start
Connect Zoom in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Zoom cloud recordings into NEXT as Recordings.
Why integrate with Zoom?
Zoom is still one of the most common places where customer interviews, demos, onboarding sessions, and advisory calls happen. Importing Zoom recordings into NEXT keeps those conversations from becoming isolated meeting artifacts.
- It turns customer-facing Zoom meetings into analyzable Recordings automatically.
- It helps teams mine recurring requests and pain points from research, sales, and success calls.
- It removes the manual step of exporting recordings just to make them usable elsewhere.
What gets imported
- Object in NEXT: Recordings
- Source objects: Zoom cloud recordings
- Included fields: Meeting topic, recording files, participants, meeting timing, and transcript data when Zoom provides it.

Connection notes
- Connect Zoom in Settings -> Integrations and authorize the account that owns the relevant recordings.
- Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive imported Zoom meetings.
Configuration notes
- NEXT imports new or updated Zoom recordings incrementally from the last successful sync.
- Only cloud recordings visible to the authorized Zoom account are considered.
Limitations
- Local-only Zoom recordings are not imported through this integration.
- Transcript availability depends on what Zoom has stored for each meeting.
Troubleshooting
- Reconnect Zoom if the app authorization is removed or the account changes.
- If expected meetings are missing, check whether the recordings exist as cloud recordings in Zoom.
