Import Accounts from File

Use Accounts to import account records from a CSV file when you want to add many accounts more quickly.

Importing is useful when you already maintain account data outside NEXT and want to bring it into the teamspace.

Before You Start

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
  • Prepare a CSV file with the account data you want to import.

Steps

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > General > Accounts.
  2. Open the create menu.
  3. Choose Import CSV.
  4. Select the CSV file to upload.

When Should I Use This?

  • When you want to add several accounts at once.
  • When you are moving account records into NEXT from another tool.

Tips

  • Review the CSV file before uploading it so the import is easier to validate.
  • Use file import for large updates and manual creation for smaller one-off changes.
