Change Teamspace Name

Use Teamspace Profile to rename the shared workspace your team uses in NEXT.

Your teamspace name appears throughout the product, so it should match the team, project, or program everyone recognizes.

Before You Start

• You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.

Steps

1. Open Teamspace Settings > General > Teamspace Profile.
2. Update the teamspace name field.
3. Click outside the field to save the change.

When Should I Use This?

• When your teamspace has been renamed.
• When a workspace name is too generic or outdated.

• Pick a name teammates will recognize immediately in navigation and sharing flows.
• Rename the teamspace when its scope changes, not just for minor wording tweaks.
