Configure Access
Use Security & Privacy to control who can open the teamspace and who can view shared stories.
Access settings apply to the whole teamspace, so they are a good place to tighten collaboration boundaries before you share insights more broadly.
Before You Start
- You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
- Decide whether the teamspace should stay limited to the teamspace, open to your company, or allow broader sharing.
Steps
- Open Teamspace Settings > General > Security & Privacy.
- In Access, choose who can access the teamspace.
- Choose who can access shared stories such as highlights, clusters, and chats.
- If you allow public sharing, add a password when you want an extra layer of protection.
When Should I Use This?
- When a teamspace should be limited to a smaller group.
- When you want to let more people in your company review shared insights.
- When public links need tighter protection.
Tips
- Use Teamspace when only direct collaborators should have access.
- Use Company when colleagues outside the immediate team need visibility.
- Add a password to public sharing when you need to protect a link without fully closing access.
