Configure Notifications
Use Teamspace Profile to control whether NEXT emails teamspace members about completed records.
This setting is useful when you want to reduce inbox noise or make sure important updates still reach you.
Before You Start
- You need permission to manage the teamspace settings.
Steps
- Open Settings > Teamspace > General > Teamspace Profile.
- Find the notification setting for completed records.
- Turn the notification on or off based on how you want NEXT to contact you.
When Should I Use This?
- When teamspace members need updates about completed records.
- When you want notifications to stay off for a teamspace that does not use them.
Tips
- Notifications are off by default and must be enabled for each teamspace.
