Prepare With AI is the workflow that turns raw recordings into structured insight your team can search, tag, cluster, and reuse.

The setup usually follows a clear sequence: first make sure recordings are transcribed correctly, then shape how highlights are generated, then use jobs to organize those highlights into tags and themes.

The Prepare With AI Workflow​

  1. Start with Transcribe so future recordings are captured with the right vocabulary and language settings.
  2. Configure Extract Highlights so NEXT knows what to focus on when it turns recordings into highlights.
  3. Add rules in Assign Tags to organize highlights into the categories your team uses.
  4. Set up Identify Themes when you want related highlights grouped into larger patterns.
  5. Use the Playground to test and refine the setup before you rely on it broadly.
