Create an AI Tagging Agent

Use Assign Tags to create AI tagging agents when simple keywords are not enough and the tag depends on context or intent.

AI tagging agents help your team classify memories based on meaning, not just exact words, so similar feedback can still land in the same tag.

Before You Start

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
  • Have a clear idea of the meaning or intent the agent should detect.

Steps

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > Prepare with AI > Assign Tags.
  2. Select Create and choose Ai tagging.
  3. Describe how the Tagging Agent should classify memories.
  4. Review the generated tagging agent and rename it if you want a clearer internal label.

When Should I Use This?

Use AI tagging when a memory could express the same idea in different words, but you still want consistent classification.

Tips

  • Describe the classification goal in plain language before refining the generated tagging agent name.
  • Use AI tagging when the concept depends on context, not just repeated keywords.

Example

This example shows how to create an tagging agent for billing urgency and then give the tagging agent a clearer team-facing name.

FAQ

Q: When should I choose AI tagging instead of keyword matching?

Use AI tagging when the same idea can be expressed in many different ways and exact keyword agents would miss too much relevant context.
