Test Chat Tag Selection

Use Playground in Chat with AI to test how NEXT AI evaluates a chat request against your tag-based success criteria before relying on it in live chat.

This helps your team verify whether your chat focus setup is producing the expected tag-selection behavior.

Before You Start​

  • You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
  • Ensure at least one chat simulation exists in the Playground.

Steps​

  1. Open Teamspace Settings > Chat with AI > Playground.
  2. Open a simulation from the table.
  3. Enter a sample chat request in Input.
  4. Select Run.
  5. Review the Simulation result, including the success-criteria explanations.

When Should I Use Chat Tag Selection Testing?​

  • When you want to validate that your chat request maps to the right tags.
  • When you want to confirm your success criteria are passing for realistic prompts.

  • Test with realistic phrasing your teammates would use in chat.
