Create a Skill
Use Skills to create reusable instructions that help chat respond consistently in recurring team scenarios.
Each skill captures when it should activate and what NEXT should do, so your team can reuse the same guidance across many conversations.
Before You Start
- You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
- Decide which recurring chat situation the skill should support.
Steps
- Open Teamspace Settings > Chat with AI > Skills.
- Select Create.
- Add a name for the skill.
- Describe when the skill should activate.
- Add the instructions NEXT AI should follow when the skill is used.
