Edit a Skill
Use Skills to refine the name, trigger, or instructions of an existing skill as your team workflows evolve.
Updating a skill keeps the chat behavior aligned with the way your team currently works.
Before You Start
- You must have permission to edit teamspace settings.
- Review the current skill setup so you know which part needs to change.
Steps
- Open Teamspace Settings > Chat with AI > Skills.
- Select the skill you want to update.
- Edit the name, activation guidance, or instructions.
- Click outside the field to save the change.
When Should I Use Skill Editing?
- When a skill no longer reflects the way your team wants chat to respond.
- When the activation guidance is too vague or outdated.
