Quick start​

Connect Qualtrics in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Qualtrics survey responses into NEXT as Memories.

Why integrate with Qualtrics?​

Qualtrics is often where organizations collect large-scale structured feedback across lifecycle, relationship, and transactional surveys. Bringing that into NEXT helps survey programs feed the same analysis workflow as unstructured customer conversations.

What gets imported​

  • Object in NEXT: Memories
  • Source objects: Qualtrics survey responses
  • Included fields: Survey response text, mapped answers, metadata fields, timestamps, and source identifiers.

Authentication​

Qualtrics API credentials configured in the integration.

Connection notes​

  • Configure the Qualtrics integration with the credentials for the brand or survey source you want NEXT to read.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive imported Qualtrics responses.

Configuration notes​

  • NEXT relies on the survey export and question mappings defined by the integration.
  • Imports run incrementally from the last successful sync timestamp.

Limitations​

  • Response richness depends on how the survey questions are mapped and exported from Qualtrics.
  • Only responses visible to the configured credentials are available for import.

Troubleshooting​

  • If imports stop, verify the Qualtrics API token and survey access are still valid.
  • If answer text looks wrong, review the survey question mapping used by the integration.

What does NEXT create from a response?​

Each imported Qualtrics response becomes a Memory with the mapped response text and metadata.

Can I import multiple surveys?​

Yes, as long as the integration and subscription are configured to read the relevant survey sources.
