Quick start​

Connect Typeform in NEXT, enable the Teamspace subscription for this import, and let the scheduled sync pull Typeform form responses into NEXT as Highlights.

Why integrate with Typeform?​

Typeform is commonly used for lightweight intake flows, customer research, onboarding questions, and feedback capture because it is easy to deploy quickly. Importing Typeform responses into NEXT makes those fast-moving feedback loops part of a broader customer-intelligence workflow.

  • It brings ad hoc and structured responses into the same place as other sources.
  • It reduces the chance that valuable form feedback stays stuck in individual projects.

What gets imported​

  • Object in NEXT: Highlights
  • Source objects: Typeform form responses
  • Included fields: Mapped answer text, scores or ratings, respondent metadata, timestamps, and source identifiers.

Authentication​

Typeform API credentials configured in the integration.

Connection notes​

  • Configure the Typeform integration with the token that can access the form responses you want to import.
  • Enable the Teamspace subscription that should receive those imported responses.

Configuration notes​

  • NEXT uses the configured Typeform mappings to turn form answers into analyzable feedback text.
  • Imports are incremental and only process responses added after the previous successful sync.

Limitations​

  • The resulting text depends on the fields and answer types present in the form.
  • Only responses visible to the configured token can be imported.

Troubleshooting​

  • If no responses appear, verify the token still has access to the form in Typeform.
  • If answer mapping looks incomplete, review which questions in the form carry the feedback text you need.

FAQ​

What does NEXT create from each Typeform submission?​

Each imported submission becomes a Highlight with the normalized response text and metadata.

Can Typeform ratings be imported too?​

Yes. Rating-style answers are included when the integration can normalize them into the imported output.
