Tags help your team organize highlights so filtering, reporting, and AI workflows stay focused on the right data.

Use this area to create and manage tags, group related tags together, and decide which tags NEXT AI can use to narrow chat searches automatically.

Start Here​

  1. Use Add Tag when your team needs a new category for highlights.
  2. Use Rename Tag to keep tag names and AI descriptions clear.
  3. Use Assign Tag Group and Edit Tag Group to keep related tags organized.
  4. Use Choose Tags for AI Selection to decide which tags AI should use when focusing chat on relevant highlights.
